With multiple audiences, user experience design gets tricky. The website needed to communicate effectively to several groups, from a mom wanting memberships for her kids to a potential franchise owner. Ultimately, each user needed to be able to find what they needed quickly and easily.
The key to this design project was translating the high energy of Sky Zone’s brand to their online presence, while also making their parks appear fun and safe.
If Sky Zone wanted to convert website visitors to paying customers, they needed the website to be clear and functional. From waiver completion, to membership signups, to event bookings, the entire process needed to feel seamless and effortless.
Large companies need reliable websites and ongoing support. Outages to online ticketing processes, for example, can quickly cost the company thousands. Sky Zone’s site would require ongoing support to ensure little downtime, optimized security, and fast load times.
